November 9, 2018

FPA Australia has a proud history of excellence dating back to the founding of the Association in 1960. Today the Fire Protection Industry Awards Gala Dinner recognises and honours the founding values of the Association through the recognition of excellence across a range of areas within the fire protection industry.

This year Walker Fire Protection was recognised with both the Harry Marryatt Award for Fire Protection Company of the Year, 50+ employees and the award for Fire Protection Project of the Year Over $1 million for the AIR5428 Phase 1 Pilot Training System Facilities Project at RAAF Sale!

Harry Marryatt Fire Protection Company of the Year 50+ employees

In nearly a century of operations, Thos. Walker and Sons tackled some of Australia’s largest industrial pipe installations and its work could be found in many of the country’s major power stations and paper mills, Australian Navy warships and Shell’s oil refinery in Geelong.

Part of the ¶º±ÈÖ±²¥ Group since 1990 Walker Fire Protection provides leading specialist fire protection systems design, construction, and installation, commissioning and warranty, project management, and ongoing inspection, testing and essential safety measures management, for the full range of fire protection systems.
