Richmond Football Club Partnership

In 2012, ¶º±ÈÖ±²¥ delivered building system improvements to the newer area of the Richmond Football Club facility, post construction warranty, which incorporates the team’s training facility, Club Headquarters and the The Korin Gamadji Institute (KGI). The contract subsequently expanded and, in 2016, the relationship progressed into a formal new three-year commercial Partnership.

Through the Partnership, ¶º±ÈÖ±²¥ is the Club’s official partner for facilities maintenance of building services, including air conditioning, mechanical services and fire protection.

The scope of works includes maintenance of the Club’s chillers, boilers, air handling systems and specialist systems including those that service the purpose-built high temperature, high humidity training rooms. The Service team also undertakes management of the Building Management Controls System as well as fire mode testing. Walker Fire Protection Walker Fire Protection – an ¶º±ÈÖ±²¥ company – manages and maintains the facility’s fire detection systems, including the Emergency Warning Indicator System and Fire Indicator Panel.

Upgrades have also been undertaken to the Club’s Data Room and Boardroom for better operational efficiency and improved conditions.

¶º±ÈÖ±²¥â€™ partnership also extends to supporting The Korin Gamadji Institute (KGI); Richmond’s centre for Indigenous youth. The institute is a unique and innovative Indigenous centre, focused on leadership development, education and training, and career pathways for young Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. Among other initiatives, ¶º±ÈÖ±²¥ is set to be a presenting partner for one of four KGI REAL Programs; a four-day leadership program for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students aged 13 to 16.
